Mini the little one can easily compete with its "classmates" and even with its "older" fellows if performance capability is taken into consideration. It does 0-100 km/h in 10.9 seconds, its top speed is 181 km/h, its horsepower is 90 hp, and the fuel consumption is 9.6 liters in the city cycle and 5.2 liters on the highway.

Mini boasts of incredible responsiveness: the steering is rather sharp and the steering wheel does 2 and a half rotations. However the car doesn't swing anyway, indeed Mini boasts of great road adherence and maneuverability, it is actually very obedient. The steering wheel is so sharp that it seems there are no shafts, no racks, no gears, no tension bars, and no ends in the drive. The steering wheel is so informative that it seems it is you yourself holding the steering knuckle and turning it.

This car is more tranquil, unworried if compared with Mini Cooper One. Its acceleration is weaker and its turns aren't that smooth but it almost doesn't jolt. It is more "boring" if one can use such a word to describe a car, although calmer and more comfortable than more active Cooper.
