MINI One Cabrio: The Exterior

Even standing still MINI looks like a dynamic sports car but not a city B-class. The forebody section with the plastically flawless hood looks stubborn with those round chrome headlamps. Distinctive "prominences" with the marker lights let one guess the brand this car belongs to right away. The profile is even more recognizable: the pillars' inclination angle, glass area proportions, the outline of the roof, and the joining line between the hood and the front wing's arc that repeats already useless weld. This cabriolet's exterior is represented by a waist line that rises up to the rear end, by chrome safety rails, and no doubts, by a tent folded behind the seats.

The top is unfolded with the help of the electric drives. The designers chose a classical Z-shape scheme of folding. The tent's rear window is a heated one. The windows go down automatically when the roof is being folded. Soft top makes MINI even more charming and refined and retro style is revealed more vividly in this model than in the models with a rigid top.

The cabriolet was provided with new headlamps and with a new grille, what is more, the rear lamps were restyled. There were new body colors introduced that were added to the existing ones: Hot Orange and Cool Blue. MINI One Cabrio is produced featuring a black tent.skoda octavia rs
